Our cooking and creativity will be accompanied by our body in daily yoga classes. In the Yoga portion of this retreat we will accompany the teachings in the kitchen on how to prepare foods for ourself with creating a home/self practice to do daily. Our classes will focus on combining intuition of what the body feels and its needs, with learning safe sequencing you can do at home. We will pay attention to personal meditation and pranayama practices and our goal will be to create a Home/Self Practice you can begin when you get back home.

This week is for all students of yoga new and marinated,  who want to learn how to cook with more devotion and build a home yoga practice.
