Roasted Garlic Soup, quinoa, roasted vegetables & figs & Salad. Calfoutis.


Dinner

Indian: Chickpea and spinach Curry, Samosas with homegrown peas and potatoes, and home made tomato mint chutney. Rice Birinany, Fromage Blanc with fruit compote

Italian: Aubergine in Rotini, Spicy melon salad, Risotto with French green peas, mushrooms and parmesan. Desert Cake


Dinner

Goat Cheese salad with walnuts, pasta with courgette sauce, Lemon Tart

Thai: Tofu Noodle soup, eggplant and chickpea salad, mushroom omelet. Caramel walnuts (from the garden) Chocolate tart


Dinner

Quiche with caramelized onions, Marinated courgette with rosemary, tomato salad. Fruit sorbet.

Blue cheese and fried pear salad. Vegetable tart. Pears in Red wine with lavender ice cream.

Bio, means organic here in France. We try to use as much bio and local ingredients as possible. After our meals we will be composting, and you will be doing your part and giving back to the earth, for next years harvest. Chef Elisabeth makes all her foods with love and compassion to the earth. She knows where her ingredients come from and supports local farms and markets.
